Policies
Confirmation
You will receive a copy of your registration upon submission. Confirmation notices are sent out by email prior to the class (fax for those without email). This will provide you with detailed information about the training. If you do not receive a confirmation at least 2 days prior to the start date of the class, please contact your facilitator or email: training@familynetwork.org and reference the title and date of training or call 206.240.2241.
Cancellations & Refunds
Participants who are not able to attend will receive a credit coupon that is good for one year from issuance date. However, substitution for the individual originally registered is permitted at any time. Notice of cancellations must be received five full working days prior to the start date. No credit can be issued after that. If the facilitator cancels a workshop or an unexected event interferes with training, participants may choose either a refund or a credit coupon.
Certification
Participants must be present for the duration of the training and turn in all required information and documentation in order to be certified. Please contact your facilitator if you have any questions or conflicts.
Travel & Lodging
Course participants are responsible for their personal travel arrangements. Please allow sufficient time for travel, (including unplanned delays). Students are also responsible for their personal lodging arrangements for these courses. In some cases, there may be a recommended hotel.
Clock Hours
Some trainings qualify
for Continuing Education Units (CEU's) by local colleges and universities.
